Area Requirements for Dumpster Placement:

  • Delivery Space: Approximately 80 feet of clear space is needed for the truck to roll off the dumpster.
  • Size of Container: The dumpster itself is about 1½ car lengths, but the total area needed, including space for the truck, will be about 5 car lengths.
  • Overhead Clearance: Ensure there are no obstructions like power lines or tree branches in the delivery area.
  • Ground Conditions: The ground should be able to support the weight of the dumpster and its contents. Unpaved ground may incur indentations, and concrete driveways could be damaged by the truck’s weight. We are not responsible for any damage caused to driveways or ground surfaces.

Rental Duration:

  • Dumpsters are available for up to 2 weeks (14 days) on site.
  • After the initial 14-day period, a fee of $4.00 per day will be charged.
  • If the dumpster cannot be retrieved when scheduled for pick-up, there will be a charge of $125.00 per 30 minutes of driver wait time.
